What if I Make a Change to my Policy?

We will also notify Uber if you make a change to your vehicle, address, or if you cancel your insurance policy with us.

It is important to note:

  • You must continue to upload your insurance documents to Uber in the normal way. Once Uber has approved your insurance, they will contact you.
  • Although we send updates to Uber when you make a change or cancel your policy this does not mean it will be approved. Uber will review the documents and let you know if there are any issues.
  • Acorn Insurance accepts no responsibility for any failure of this service, and it is your responsibility to ensure all information is received by Uber.
